Our display site features over 10 buildings showcasing our extensive range of bespoke garden buildings. We’re open seven days a week and our friendly, experienced sales team is always available to discuss your project, offer advice and find the perfect building for your needs.
With a selection of 20 buildings showcasing a wide range of sizes and designs, there are ideas to suit many tastes and requirements. Our friendly and helpful staff are on hand to guide you through the ranges and options to create your ideal building.

1st Choice Leisure Buildings were founded in the 1970s and are still run by the same family today, so you can be assured they have plenty of experience. Drive out into the beautiful Surrey countryside and you will find their extensive show site, where they display around 70 buildings, including a large selection from the Phoenix Garden Buildings range.
You can be assured of a warm welcome from Paul, Steph and Craig. They do not believe in high pressure sales tactics, so all you will receive is genuine advice and any guidance you may find useful. As they say themselves, “we don’t need to pressure people; we just put the right buildings on display and let them sell themselves”.

Established in 1994, Berkshire Garden Buildings is a passionate, family run business with over 30 years of experience. Our show site is open 7 days a week, with friendly and helpful staff who always strive to give the best customer service possible and help your garden building ideas come to life.
Our extremely large show site is spread over 25,000 sq ft with over 150 displays, including over 20 Phoenix buildings, making it one of the largest in the UK.
At Wintech Timber in Harworth, we offer a range of quality Phoenix garden sheds to suit different spaces and storage needs. Whether you need somewhere for garden tools, outdoor equipment or a hobby, our friendly team can help you find the right shed.
Kent Leisure Buildings is a family business based in Halstead, Kent, with a reputation for offering an outstanding range of good quality buildings. There are nearly 100 individual buildings on display at the show site.
Many of the buildings can be customised to suit individual requirements, and qualified staff are on hand to advise and make recommendations to suit your needs.
